ByI think I’ve finally recovered… Man what an awesome weekend I just had
So I’m there kicking back in London at a seminar with Alex Jeffreys, John Thornhill, Dave Nicholson and fellow students Garry Parkes, Dan Briffa, Mark Austin and Paula Brett !!
How was the seminar ?? … I dunno but the hotel bar was highly occupied

So the group of us sat around a table in the bar for many MANY hours throughout Saturday and Sunday brainstorming ideas around amongst ourselves and this much I can tell you …
That’s where the business happens !!!
Some great business relationships were built around that table and I have no doubt that some big bucks are gunna come as a result of it. Fear not my friend because my gain is your gain, what I learn you learn !
So here’s what’s going to happen….
In 4 days from today on Sunday 9th March I’m leaving my computer for 7 days, I’ll be detached from the online world to get away and be completely alone. Where ever I am going to hide away I have a few things I will be taking with me…
1 - My 2009 diary
2 - My extra large lined pad of paper
3 - 4 maybe 5 pens
4 - My camcorder
And finally …
The 2 new books I just bought off Amazon - ‘The four hour work week’ and Ewen Chias new book ‘How I made my first million on the internet’
Any guesses about what I’ll be doing
Yep, reading, planning, writing and recording …
In fact I am VERY excited about what is going to be achieved during those 7 days, when I get back my new product will be created and my future will be mapped out ! As for my product, I thought long and hard about what it should be… Racked my brain until I came to the decision that it has to be on a topic where many need help !
My blog setup guide has helped multiple 100’s of people setup their own blog and have an online business of their own live on the internet, now the product I am about to create will help take everything to the next stage. Well like I said the weekend was just amazing, meeting once again with Alex was good as was meeting the fellow students of his coaching program.
If you have not yet attended a seminar I serious suggest you search online and find one, as many of you will know that’s what got me where I am today and I tell you this… the stuff that was discussed during this recent brainstorming session will take me to where I want to be !

Was great to meet up with you mate, what a weekend. Took me a few days to recover though, lol.

Awesome stuff Dean, hopefully unplugging gets you some clarity as to where you’d like your business to be.
Around new years I took a family trip (reluctantly), I did take my laptop, blackberry etc. However the connections sucked so bad that I was basically without communication.
It was basically the best thing that happened to me, because I was able to sit, think and really meditate on my plans.
Hope you have a great experience.

The break will do you good mate. Remember when we were right in the middle of the Alex Jeffreys training? Well, I had to go to the country to attend a wedding. I was really narky about it too coz I didn’t want to be away from the action.
Anyway, I took a big book and some pens etc and while everyone was getting p155ed out of their tiny little brains and talking shite between themselves on matters that I had ZERO interest in I went and sat by myself and wrote my “Time in Motion” ACTION Planner. That little baby has now been downloaded many, many times and continues to be downloaded.
So, you will be productive if you are focussed. Good luck on your sabbatical.
