    Hey Dean, this report was exactly what I needed. It cut through the noise, the hype, and the confusion that’s kept me stuck – and I actually cried as I read the report. For the first time in a long time, I see why things haven’t worked… not because I’ve lacked effort, but because I’ve lacked alignment – and there are other things too, which you know about on a personal level.

    I have tried for years and not made much money at all. I’ve been trying seriously for a couple of years now with no great results. This tells me I’m on the right path: finding out what works for me and what doesn’t: even when nothing seems to work.

    Why would I like help? Because I would like to figure out out what I should really be doing ASAP and am open to a professional, non-biased opinion.

    This report IS a locker room lecture, as someone said, for me. I’m being called on the carpet to either “Sh*t or get off the toilet pot”.

    I have been at this for some time now and haven’t made much of it as you know. There is no reason why, except, I am my own enemy.

    I think I have always had an out, BC I had back up all this time, my wife. But my back-up is not going to be there much longer if I don’t get on with it. She is getting burnt out and wants to stop working.
    I believe now is the time, if not now…then it will be never. There’s is no better time or good time, or perfect time, it’s now.

    I have been lost, frustrated, stuck, lied to, scammed, call it whatever you want, ultimately, it’s not their fault, I dropped the ball. And now is the time to ask for help.

    Dean you have been there for all of us. You seem to show up again and again with more help just at the right times. It is paramount that I / we take advantage of your unending mentorship.

    Your mentorships along with Glenn and Sophie are by far the best.
    I just need to listen better and execute to the best of my ability.
    If only the rest of the internet world knew what we already know.
    This will be my last test, It happens now or not at all.

    Hi Dean,

    WOW! Your report has helped this 77year old face reality and question everything. I felt your words speaking to my inner self that for years, even decades, have been haunting me. Just what should I be doing with my life now?

    I’ve lived a fairly long life now and have had a few good interesting and exciting careers. I served in the U.S. Army on active duty for 27 years. 3 and a half as an enlisted soldier and the rest as an officer reaching the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. During that time I’ve had many exciting and rewarding assignments that built up my leadership and management skills; and my confidence in myself.

    I was given assigmnents with a high degree of responsibility and authority. I learned and experienced much for the benefit of the service, the soldiers (some foreign) under my command, and my country.

    I then went onto government contracting where my knowledge, skills and accomplishments helped me continue to earn a living and contribute to something higher than my self.

    When I retired from active duty in 1992 and before going into government contracting, I started my own business teaching taekwondo and the martial arts. I started out small teaching at local athletic centers then opening up my own school in Manassas, Virginia.
    The school grew and eventually became fairly profitable. I should point out that I was teaching Taekwondo all throughout my military career in the evenings, when I could, as an additional job, during almost every assignment, except for a few when I was serving in remote areas overseas. I earned my first degree black belt as a teenager in New Yourk City in 1963.

    Fast forward some decades, and continuing to train and teach, I earned my eighth degree in 2014 . In addition, I was recently inducted into the World Taekwondo Hall of Fame, in a ceremoney in Munich, Germany in 2024. I say this not to showcase myself but to let you know that Taekwondo has been a part of my life ever since I was 15.

    I even owned and operated a fairly successful personal and professional development franchise during the early years after I retired from active duty. And yes, I did this in addition to operating and teaching Taekwondo at my own school.

    Me and my wife continued to own schools and teach taekwondo and the martial arts during the 2000’s and 2010’s. Then, in 2020 when the pandemic hit we had to close our school. During this same year we also began dealing with a serious health issue that we continue to deal with today.

    For years after that, I floundered trying to get back into something to earn some additional income in addition to my retirement py and social security. Nothing worked, until late 2024, when I came across Internet Profits. At that point in time, I knew no one would hire a guy in his seventies.

    I was getting a little to old to continue teaching the martial arts. So I turned to making an effort to learn how to make money online. From what I was able to research and find out online, Internet Profits and you Dean Holland appeared to be the most credible organization and expert out there to learn from – So I joined and eventually became a certified partner and continue learning and doing today.

    I tell you all this about my history because your report awakened that inner voice in me. So far I’m not doing very well in this business so am I out of “Alignment”? Why it’s so hard for me to learn about making money online. I’ve really been struggling.

    Daily, since that time in November 2024, I’ve had a hard time grasping all the concepts and principles of internet marketing. Glen and Sofei have beed a tremendous help to me in getting through my many tough times by answering my many questions. Somtime I pick it up, sometimes I don’t.

    I often wondered if making money on line was really for me. Your reports contents really hit home. Am I out of “ALIGNMENT” with myself and my background? Not to mention that at 77 years of age I find it a bit harder to grasp things compared to when I was younger.

    Having said this and getting involved with your YFS Tik Tok program as well, and because of the great deal of help I received from Glen and Sofei, I said to myslf I want to see this through no matter how long it takes. I want to discover my best model and build and scale my internet business. I want to discover my best “Profit Path”. And I want to be in “Alignment” with what I can do at this point in time in my life.

    Back while going though all the lessons in Accelerator, I set a goal to eventually make $10K monthly. So far Ive only made $1.00 and this was becomming very discouraging to me.

    After reading, and listening to all the outstanding information in your publictions and videos, I learned all about the struggles you have been through and how you overcame them to become as successful as you are. I was truly inspired by you, and thought to myself that I’ve had many of those same struggles in my life as well and overcame too. That is until now with not making money online. Your unbiased insights and experiences keep me motivated and has renvigerated me to find my own “Profit Path”.

    I have been struggling for quite some time with trying to make money online. This report really helped me to put some perspective to everything, and it showed that I need a clear path and a game plan in order to make this work. I loved the article, it helped to open my eyes as I have been standing in my own way and it has not gotten me anywhere. The part with the “bull” and how it “speaks nothing but sweet sounding bullsh*t,” really hit hard as it is the voice I always have playing inside. It’s now time for a change, for me to get to work, and start aligning with who I truly am!

    I try my hardest to make it work, but never get past the starting line. I pay the fees and then waite for the access that never comes. Then the I told you so outcome that always breaks the back. I also served 10 years as a Marine, and demanded the best. But internet grabs me by the shorts and I fail to get anywhere. I fall for the done for you Bull and never get going with the guarantee of making income online. I just want to help my wife get through this golden years not as a failure. I am sure my bull is bettet then my beast, he just needs help.

    Hi Dean. Thank you for “Beginner’s Advantage”. I love your visual of the Bull vs. the Beast! When I start something, I’m in Beast mode. Yet, as you share, when I had not gotten immediate results, or when it’s “hard”, I was not staying disciplined and doing the work. Now, for example, today was Day 43 of publishing a newsletter and doing a podcast, and Day 44 of uploading videos to YouTube. I’d love to work with you for a half day, because my membership site, through FreeingTheMatrix.com, I’m seeing very clearly has helped 1.72 billion people become very wealthy. You could help me with any minor tweaks or limiting beliefs, slowing that Creation! Thanks, Dan.

    Hey Dean, nice blog post!😜
    The report raised my curiosity, and brought me into a swirling cloud of questions about my alignment. Then came the blinding flash of the obvious. All is a question of confidence, self confidence. The confidence that what I learned, my own experience included, all that make what I am now today. The exact confidence that transform into critical thinking. Online marketing, especially using long videos that pretends to debunk “myths” while pretending to give “facts” from science is something I noticed to be very common in the industry. Like you said, they destroy all possible models or solutions to make you believe that you have only one choice and this choice is in front of you. Is it really the only way to go to make money online? Personally, I don’t think it is but still, I need you Dean Holland, not only to show me my best alignment but also to learn and to benefit from your best tricks for the time I got you as my mentor and coach.
    Please help me tame and ride the beast to success.

    Hey Dean
    I am 59 years old, born and bred in New Zealand. I have been a labourer most of my life. Decided about three years ago that there had to be a better way (ok, easier way) to make money. I had a mate who was investing and trading in crypto, so signed up to a course and had a go at that. Learnt two things. It’s not as profitable as they made it out to be and I’m way too emotional to be a trader. ‘Trade like the Terminator’ they told me, easier said than done as you watch your account balance slowly disappear. I think the next ‘shiny object’ was an FBA course. This guy sold it just like you said, ‘FBA is the only way to make money’. I bought the hype and bought the course. I knew in the first few hours that I’d made a mistake. He was talking about going to China to meet with factory owners about making products and all this technical design stuff that was way over my head. I’m sure there is an easier way to do FBA, but this guy wasn’t selling that. AI was the big talk by the time I bought the next course, selling HighLevel Marketing software, then came SaaS businesses, building AI sales funnels, writing eBooks using AI apps and publishing on KDP, building lead magnets and landing pages for local businesses at the push of a button and on and on. Nothing felt right. I had a good crack at everything (except the FBA course). But the further I got into each course the more disheartened I got at the lack of results. And I’m not even blaming the courses, some of them were really good. It was my lack of deep knowledge in these areas of business. My newest and shiniest course is Affiliate Marketing. They gave me a niche and built me a website with 5 articles published on it and let me loose (with a bunch of training videos). That was six months ago. I’ve slowly learnt how to create content and drive traffic for it using SEO tactics and Google Analytics etc, but it hasn’t resulted in any decent traffic or sales. Now, I must say, my journey thus far has not been in vain. I have thoroughly enjoyed learning all these new ‘skills’ even if I haven’t made a cent yet. And I am not going to give up. Your report really just put into words my last 3 years. I’ve wondered whether I was cut out for this, it has been tougher than I ever thought, I’ve had to work harder than I thought I would have to, it has broken me down at times, but overall has built me up in a way, even though nothing is working yet. I’ve definitely learnt the brutal reality of the online business world. But it’s still better than digging ditches (nothing against my fellow ditch diggers). Now, the Bull has definitely made an appearance way too often, but the Beast has been around also, and I think the Beast is starting to win the battle to a certain degree. All this grind over the years results in a kind of discipline where even though you’re not getting the results, you just keep bashing your head against the brick wall determined to break through sooner or later. That probably sounds stupid, but it’s also a stubbornness of not stopping now after all this time. Eventually something in the wall has to give. Having an opportunity to work with you would be the chance to finally knock that wall over. Thank you for the report.

    Hi Dean, just been through your TBA report and it confirmed a suspicion I have for so many years already.There are hundreds of ways to make money online like there are hundreds of ways to make money offline, but every person is cut for only a couple of them based on the personality, the life, the circumstances ….. I have been trying this MMO game for more than 15 years. I can’t tell I tried them all, but surely a lot. Without success. Being still here to try to find out is nearly a miracle, but I am still here. It would be nice to discover in the near future my path and in one way or another I will find it. Thanks for putting this secret into words and share to the world. Maybe we will meet once I will reach the other side, the side of the success.

    This report has put words to my struggles. As a healthcare provider, specializing in affiliate marketing wasn’t my big picture and I was unsure how to change niches. It took 19 months and several interactions later, I have 2 different product lines, focusing on skincare and diet supplements, and a clearer health coaching path. I’ve finally been able to pull affiliate marketing into the plans as well, but it is not my specialty focus. Deans program was my start and it will be my end because I now see how his lessons have laid the foundation. The only piece I was missing my personalized path, which was the biggest barrier of me visualizing success. Now to take action!

    Hi Dean,

    Thanks for the really insightful report. The whole alignment thing resonated in particular. As you say, every business model under the sun works successfully – but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’ll work for you. I’ve tried so many things in the past where ultimately I’ve realised it’s just not for me.

    After moving away from freelancing (although I still do a bit), my current business is creating and selling PLR. I’ve done a couple of moderately successful W+ launches over the last year and am building a buyers list from it. I’m then offering additional products to my subscribers (I do extra mini launches) and making sales as an affiliate. I feel I’m on the right path and making regular sales, and although I’m not earning what I’d like, the potential is what really excites me.

    Hey Dean,

    Like so many other people have commented here, I’ve tried so many things before and spent so much money that I’ve truly wondered if making money online is an option for me. I’ve committed to different things in earnest, but been disappointed by results or promises that were made.

    I spent 6k for an Amazon FBA course, only to get in and find that AFTER the original 6k, many of the features they sold were 30 day free trials and to access their continued support was hundred of extra dollars a month. It was also going to be MUCH more than anticipated to launch a product after buying inventory and running ads. I bought a few samples from China (around $100 each just to get shipped so I could see the product quality), but never found anything I thought was very good and was never given any real insight into how to differentiate other than ‘just be a little bit different/better’.

    I tried to build an email list and do high ticket Aff Marketing. I followed that program to the T for nearly a year. I was told I’d have a personal coach, only to find out they were basically just an overseas VA. I spent hours writing email campaigns for questionable Aff products (something I didn’t love but convinced myself they must be legitimate if this program was recommending them). The program told me they’d handle my media buying and run my FB ads, all I had to do was pay for the ads. The launch of the ads was delayed by months and the quality of the page and the ads I thought was lacking. My biggest regret, however, was not learning how to do them myself, even if someone was going to be running them for me. I needed to learn that skill. After about 45 days of running ads at $50/day and not one sale, I shut it down.

    I’ve tried countless other lower ticket programs with virtually no success as well.

    Your latest book confirmed for me what I thought: it’s not that I can’t make money online, but what I have tried previously has not been a fit for me personally.

    I’ve followed you for awhile after reading the iceberg effect and I believe you to be one of the few genuine guys out there trying to help people. Thank you for continuing to do what you do!

    The “Bull and Beast” section stopped me in my tracks…again. I used to operate in beast mode without even realising it — focused, consistent, and driven. I thought that’s just how everyone was. But years ago, working in the family business, I started to notice those traits weren’t exactly encouraged. The message — subtle but clear — was that being that way wasn’t feminine, wasn’t soft enough, and shouldn’t be nurtured.

    Over time, after a series of setbacks, my self-confidence eroded. I started second-guessing myself. Without realising it, the voice of the bull grew loud and strong, I recognise now that I bought into strategies that weren’t right for me, and blamed myself when they didn’t work.

    Tonight, the bull said “go to bed, you’re tired, read it tomorrow.” But something in your words reignited part of me I didn’t even know I’d silenced. The way you opened the report — honest, bold, unapologetic — reminded me that those traits I once suppressed were never the problem. They were my strength.

    Thank you for helping me remember who I really am.
